Project Profile：This project is cooperated with a famous German food brand, the purpose is to provide a compact and multi-function pizza oven for commercial use, apply to cook Pizza, Pasty, Sandwich, Hamburger etc. As the size and cooking temperature for different food are different, we have to combine different chamber size and independent temperature together and integrated in one compact machine. In this project, we use asymmetric structure design and heat radiation cycling technology, work out the best chamber size and heating power data based on a lot of testing data and calculation, innovatively solved the problem of size and power configuration, fulfill the task of compact and multi-function pizza oven project.
