This project is a multifunctional portable oven equipment in cooperation with a German food giant. It is used to heat ultra-thin pizza, pie, multi-stuffed toast, sandwich, hamburger, etc. Due to the variety of foods involved, it is necessary to meet the requirements of efficient and fast heating and accurate temperature control of foods with different thicknesses and different temperature requirements. In project management, our company has adopted technologies such as hierarchical partition, heat sharing, one-key temperature control, etc. Through a large number of laboratory simulations and data calculations, we have obtained the most effective structural size and power ratio, innovatively solved the customer's multi-level requirements, and effectively realized the design goal of the integrated multifunctional oven.
